Jägermeister – International Managers and one week in Orange!

Our challenge
At the beginning of March 2025, the Frankfurt Union Halle will become the meeting point for more than 100 international executives of Mast-Jägermeister SE. The International Manager Conference (IMC) 2025 will bring together decision-makers from all company divisions and markets. Its objective is to further refine the global strategy and firmly establish a focus on consumer centricity.
At its core is a curated program that combines substantive depth with extraordinary experiences. The IMC provides space for strategic workshops as well as bold evening formats that go beyond traditional networking events. In short, it creates a platform for exchange, reflection, and collaborative shaping of ideas.
The task lies in designing a conference format that conveys relevant content with high standards while simultaneously fostering personal dialogue – between markets, leaders, and especially between the company and its consumers. Direct interaction with target groups becomes a key component of the future brand strategy.
Our solution
For the second time – following 2023 – inspiranten are taking on the holistic conception and implementation of a flagship event for Jägermeister. A tailored conference format emerges, uniting strategic content with immersive experiences and unforgettable moments:
- Corporate Day & Consumer Centricity: The opening focuses on company updates and introduces consumer centricity as a central guiding theme. Keynotes, including Dr. Josef Braml on geopolitical developments and Sara Riis-Carstensen on LEGO’s consumer strategy, provide strong thematic impulses.
- Workshops & Consumer Immersions: Interactive sessions and exploratory formats give executives deep insights into consumer lifestyles. Using scientifically grounded methods, new perspectives on consumer needs are created – practical, surprising, and effective.
- Three extraordinary evening events:
- Orange Night: A stylish dinner featuring Frankfurt classics and an exclusive river cruise aboard the MS Merian set the stage for the pre-launch of the new product “Jägermeister Orange.” The product film projection on buildings attracts attention both onboard and along the riverbanks.
- Consumer Immersions: On the second evening, executives engage directly with selected consumers in small groups to better understand their realities and preferences – a hands-on approach to fostering consumer centricity.
- Big Night Out: The grand finale – a vibrant night featuring consumers and Frankfurt scene guests at the legendary club “Fortuna Irgendwo.” This event underscores Jägermeister’s positioning as the “Best Nights Company.”
Our success
The IMC 2025 leaves a lasting impression: participants depart inspired, connected, and motivated to actively promote consumer centricity in their respective markets. The impressively staged pre-launch of Jägermeister Orange generates enduring impact, becoming a talking point beyond the conference itself. With IMC 2025, Mast-Jägermeister SE once again demonstrates that strong strategies and authentic experiences go hand in hand.
